1. Professional Services and Scope

ITjustworks provides strategic digital consultancy, cyber security auditing, and EdTech training for the UK education sector. All advice and roadmaps are grounded in current standard frameworks, including DfE Digital Standards, NCSC guidance, and KCSIE statutory requirements. Our services are advisory; the implementation and final board-level decisions remain the responsibility of the school or trust leadership.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure we provide the most accurate and impactful strategic realism, clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding their current infrastructure, budgets, and operational challenges. Cyber security and data protection remain ultimate board-level responsibilities.

3. Fees, Invoicing, and Cancellation

Fees for specific audits, strategy roadmapping, or training programmes will be outlined in a formal proposal or statement of work. Invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations of scheduled training or consultancy days must be made with sufficient notice, as detailed in your specific service agreement, to avoid partial or full charges.

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, digital strategy frameworks, training materials, and documentation provided by ITjustworks remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use these materials internally for their own school or trust development. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our intellectual property to external third parties without explicit written consent.

5. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of school networks, safeguarding data, and infrastructure vulnerabilities. ITjustworks commits to maintaining the strict confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during our engagement, treating your data with the highest level of security and discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for absolute excellence and precision in every project, ITjustworks Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including data loss or business interruption. We are not responsible for technical failures, breaches, or limitations arising from third-party platforms, hardware vendors, or cloud providers. Our maximum liability in connection with any service rendered is strictly limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.

7. Governing Law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
